Project Management for Custom Metal Stamping
Custom tooling and metal stamping means each project is different from each other. We understand each project is unique and we will work closely with you to complete the project both cost-effectively and time-saving. To ensure you get get what the exactly you want, we require production approval and sample approval from you.
And the weekly progress report will show you the latest progress of your project.
Production Drawing Approval:
The first step is Production drawing approval. We will send part production drawing in DWG or DXF format to customers for approval if customers didn't provide the Production Drawing to us.
Sample Approval:
Sample approval is also a must during the project. When the tool & die completed, we will send samples to you by courier for approval. And the mass production will be started upon your approval of samples. The tracking number will be given to you after we sent out the samples.
Weekly Report:
And the weekly progress report will show you the latest progress of your project.
Each week, we will send photos and description to you by email. Then you will know the detailed progress of Part design, Tool & die design, Tool & die manufacture, Tool & die tryout, Sample delivery, Mass production, Surface treatment, Secondary operations, subassemblies, packaging and shipping.
